Seating comfort in the dining area – that’s what makes the dining area even more attractive as the centre of your living space. That’s because a more-comfortable dining area can supplement your living room area. And: customers can have the upholstered benches with micro-pocket spring cores and the seating comfort of a sofa which also meet their specifications to within a centimetre. “In the past, this just wasn’t possible. In the future, it will enrich the market. Wössner has transferred its core-competency in the area of traditional wood corner benches into the dining segment. An exactly-fitting dining bench is a real market value,” observes Sales Manager Oliver Gutekunst.
The Wave model is a member of this new segment. It’s a dining area group which likes to give the room a light and dynamic flair. Its design virtually demands that it be given centre stage in the middle of the room. That’s because the spring-suspended brackets of the backrests – which match the slim bench feet – are made of plywood. The V-sidewall table is extensible and features a matching design. Wave is available in the wood types Natural Red Core Beech, Natural Knotty Oak, and Matte Walnut Wood.
Wave is furnished with fixed dining cushions with spring basket seats. The cushions are held in place by a solid wood frame, thus giving them a slim appearance. The cover materials for the seat cushions and decorative throw cushions are from the dining cover collection. The bench can be manufactured as a centimetre bench, i.e., exactly to fit with a length of between 110 and 215 cm, without surcharge.
For smaller persons, an elevation of the seat in three lockable levels was developed – it’s simply placed onto the bench. The extensible U-sidewall table has a matching design, and can be equipped with an additional swivel function. The table plate is easy to swivel aside, thus permitting one to easily take one’s place at the table.
